I had a great time at Hoang Ngoc Resort, which features clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. The resort also offers a stunning pool area and an excellent breakfast spread. However, the beach could use some improvement as it wasn't great for swimming, and I encountered an issue with bed bugs during my stay, which was quite alarming. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but some areas need attention.
